We hope that you love and enjoy your new purchase and we want you to be completely satisfied with your new eyewear and/or contacts. With all things that are made, situations may occur that may lead you to not be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event of that occurrence, please review the Lymer Vision Warranty, Exchange, and Return policy below.
Eyewear Return Policy
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your prescription eyeglasses (frames and lenses) you may return them for a refund less a 20% restocking fee within 30 days of the date your glasses were purchased. Eyeglasses must be returned in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. Because eyeglass orders are highly customized they cannot be canceled once they have been placed. A restocking fee of 20% will be assessed on stopped or processed orders.
Exchanges for frames are permitted up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Exchanges can be valued up to the same retail price as the original order. If the newly selected frame is priced higher, the patient will be responsible for the difference in price.
Exchanges for lenses are permitted up to 30 days from the date of purchase valued at the same retail price as the original order. Under the circumstance that the patient wants to upgrade lens designs or features, the patient will be responsible for the difference in price.
In the event that changes need to be made to prescription lenses due to the following but not limited to: prescription changes, material or design changes, measurement changes, manufacturer changes, and other lens remake issues, Lymer Vision will cover the cost to replace lenses one(1) time within 30 days from the date of purchase at no cost to the patient. No refund or credit will be provided for price adjustments as lenses are being changed at no additional cost to the patient.
Contact Lens Return Policy
Contact lens supplies may be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Contact lenses must be returned in the original unopened packaging and in saleable condition to be considered as part of the refund.
Contact Lens Exchange
In the event that changes need to be made to contact lenses due to the following but not limited to: prescription changes, material or design changes, measurement changes, manufacturer changes, or other lens issues, Lymer Vision will cover the cost to exchange the unopened contact lens boxes within 30 days from the date of the original exam at no cost to the patient. Depending on the cost difference, the patient will receive a refund or credit or the patient will be responsible for the difference in price.
